Mr. Michael Cooper is the President and Chief Responsible Officer of Dream, and founder of Dream Asset Management ("DAM"). He is also the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Dream Office REIT. He has an extensive track record in the real estate industry dating back to 1986. He helped found DAM in 1996 and continues to lead the business as President and Chief Responsible Officer. Under his leadership, the business has grown to approximately $27 billion of commercial real estate and residential development assets under management. Among his accomplishments, Mr. Cooper is responsible for the formation of three TSX-listed real estate investment trusts: Dream Office REIT, Dream Industrial REIT and Dream Residential REIT, and the formation of Dream Impact, the first publicly traded impact fund. Mr. Cooper was also involved in the formation of Dream Global REIT, previously a TSX-listed real estate investment trust, the assets and subsidiaries of which were sold in 2019. He earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration from York University. Mr. Cooper currently sits on the board of directors of Dream, Dream Office REIT, Dream Industrial REIT and Rogers Communications Inc.

Ms. Meaghan Peloso is the Chief Financial Officer of Dream Unlimited Corp. She is responsible for the overall financial management of Dream’s business, including financial reporting, corporate and development accounting, investor relations and taxation. In addition, she provides oversight for Dream’s shared services platform, comprised of technology, human resources, treasury and office services, as well as Dream’s Impact Management System and sustainability initiatives. Ms. Peloso is also the Chief Financial Officer of Dream Impact Trust. Since joining Dream in 2014, Ms. Peloso has held progressively senior positions within the organization, including acting Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President and Chief Accounting Officer of Dream, and has played key roles in numerous transactions across the Dream group of companies. Prior to joining Dream, Ms. Peloso worked in the Audit and Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Ms. P. Jane Gavan is the President, Asset Management of Dream Unlimited Corp. and has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Gavan previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dream Residential REIT, Dream Global REIT and Dream Office REIT. Since joining Dream in 1998, Ms. Gavan has played a key role in numerous transactions including the acquisition of Lehndorff Properties, the 2003 business restructuring that resulted in the creation of Dream Office REIT, Dream Office REIT’s $2.3 billion portfolio sale to GE Real Estate, and the initial public offerings of Dream Global REIT and Dream Residential REIT. He has over 28 years of experience in multi-family residential, commercial and industrial asset and property management.  Since rejoining Dream in 2004, Mr. Lester has played key roles in numerous divisions, including land and housing, retail and multi-family in Western Canada. Prior to joining Dream in 2004, Mr. Lester held the position of Executive Vice President at Residential Equities REIT, where he was responsible for the property management division, acquisition activities and investment strategies for a portfolio of 11,000 suites.

Mr. Jiang has been involved in over $10 billion of transactions in North America and Europe including the sale of Dream Global REIT to Blackstone, the United States and European expansions for Dream Industrial REIT, the Dream/PAULS Corp partnership venture and creation of the US multi-family asset management platform. Prior to joining Dream, Mr. Jiang was part of the equity research team at BMO Capital Markets covering the Canadian real estate sector. Previously, he was a manager at Ernst & Young LLP in the financial services assurance and advisory group. Mr. Jiang is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant, and has both a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management degree from the University of Waterloo.

Prior to this role, Mr. Traversy was Head of Investments of Dream Global REIT and has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry.  Since joining Dream in 1997, Mr. Traversy’s past functional responsibilities have included research and analysis, investor relations, asset management and Canadian commercial property investments. Since 2003, Mr. Traversy has played a key role in significant property acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of clients including Dream Office REIT, Dream Industrial REIT and Dream Global REIT. Prior to joining Dream, Mr. Traversy was a senior consultant with an international property advisory firm. Mr. Traversy earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in urban development from the University of Western Ontario.

Most recently, he was Vice President, Leasing for Toronto and Southwestern Ontario and prior to that he oversaw the performance of Dream Office REIT’s leased assets in a number of major markets throughout Canada. During Mr. Wadley’s career, he has been involved in several high-profile transactions and pursuits pertaining to leasing, development and asset management. Prior to joining Dream Office REIT, Mr. Wadley worked in commercial brokerage for CB Richard Ellis providing commercial representation to corporate clients both domestic and international. Ms. Tsering Yangki is Executive Vice President, Real Estate Finance and Development, for Dream Unlimited Corp., Dream Impact Trust and Dream Office REIT spanning a diverse portfolio ranging from condominium, purpose-built rentals, office, retail development and income producing properties across Canada & the USA. 

In this role, along with her team, Tsering solves for and addresses through stakeholder collaboration recognizing the interplay of design, real estate development and capital, how we can address issues of climate change, affordability, health, inclusivity building and unlock opportunities as we build resilient mixed use & mixed income communities, all while making market returns. She leads a team that has 6 million SF of active mixed use and mixed income developments and a pipeline of 22 million sf in its pipeline. In addition, she leads the debt origination, strategic direction, execution & oversight on all aspects of debt solutions and oversees the risk management & governance of existing debt. As part of Dream Impact Trust’s Executive Management Team, Tsering develops and manages governmental and civil society stakeholder relations with a focus on affordable housing & climate change. As a former refugee, she has a direct appreciation of the value of diversity & inclusiveness to all stakeholders. She is active in community efforts addressing intersectionality of perspectives, issues, people, & institutions, on matters ranging from affordability, water security and food security. She continues her work to bring access, foster civic responsibility and equity in communities as a Board member of Civic Action and Advisor to Reimagining Doeguling, India.

Tsering has over 17 years of experience in real estate development and finance. She holds a Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy, with a focus on International Finance & Economics from Fletcher School, Tufts University, USA, MPhil in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India. In 2022 she was recognized by Globe & Mail’s Report on Business’s Best Executive award.
Ms. Tsering Yangki is Executive Vice President, Real Estate Finance and Development, for Dream Unlimited Corp., Dream Impact Trust and Dream Office REIT spanning a diverse portfolio ranging from condominium, purpose-built rentals, office, retail development and income producing properties across Canada & the USA. 

In this role, along with her team, Tsering solves for and addresses through stakeholder collaboration recognizing the interplay of design, real estate development and capital, how we can address issues of climate change, affordability, health, inclusivity building and unlock opportunities as we build resilient mixed use & mixed income communities, all while making market returns. She leads a team that has 6 million SF of active mixed use and mixed income developments and a pipeline of 22 million sf in its pipeline. In addition, she leads the debt origination, strategic direction, execution & oversight on all aspects of debt solutions and oversees the risk management & governance of existing debt. Mr. Robert Hughes is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Dream Unlimited Corp. Mr. Hughes is responsible for legal, corporate governance, corporate secretarial functions, and overall risk mitigation related matters for the Dream group of companies. Since joining Dream in 2014, Mr. Hughes has been involved in over $10 billion of transactions in North America and Europe including the sale of Dream Global REIT to Blackstone, the United States and European expansions for Dream Industrial REIT, the Dream/PAULS Corp partnership venture and creation of the US multi-family asset management platform.  Prior to joining Dream, Mr. Hughes spent over ten years in the corporate practice group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP where he focused on public and private M&A, corporate finance, corporate governance, and general corporate matters in various sectors including the real estate sector. Mr. Hughes is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003.

She is a municipal leader and housing expert, former Deputy Mayor of Toronto, long-time City Councillor, and former candidate for mayor. After establishing a successful career in the private sector Ana was first elected to City Council in 2010. In her 12 year tenure at Toronto City Hall she served on multiple committees, and represented Toronto at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, achieving national recognition for her work as one of Canada’s leading voices for city-building and housing. As the Chair of Toronto Community Housing and the city’s inaugural Chair of Housing and Planning Ana secured unprecedented billions in investment from other governments for housing, and championed innovative solutions including historic planning and zoning changes, and established CreateTO to manage city real estate. In 2023, Ana placed a solid second in the largest by-election in Canada’s history with a strong campaign for mayor focused on housing and city services. Today, Ana remains focused on making cities more livable and inclusive, working with partners across all sectors and regions.

Ms. Lenis Quan is the Chief Financial Officer of Dream Industrial REIT. Prior to joining Dream, Ms. Quan was the Chief Financial Officer of Gazit America, a publicly traded real estate investment company which was privatized by Gazit-Globe. Prior to being with Gazit America, Ms. Quan worked at Brookfield Asset Management for approximately ten years in several progressive executive finance positions. Ms. Quan is a Chartered Professional Accountant and started her professional career with Deloitte LLP. Ms. Quan has both a Bachelor’s Degree, and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Waterloo.

Mr. Brian Pauls is the Chief Executive Officer of Dream Residential REIT. Mr. Pauls also serves as the President of PAULS Corp LLC. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Dream Industrial REIT. He is an accomplished real estate professional with 26 years of industry experience, and was responsible for developing over eight million square feet of industrial properties in Canada and the U.S. He is well known on both sides of the border among the brokerage, banking, tenant and construction communities. Mr. Pauls has managed mixed-use real estate development through his role as President of PAULS Properties Corporation (the Canadian development company of PAULS Corp LLC), as well as President of Gateway Business Park, LLC (a 1,200-acre mixed-use business park in Denver, Colorado). Mr. Pauls has a Bachelors degree in Economics and Business from Westmont College and a Masters degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.

Mr. Derrick Lau is the Chief Financial Officer of Dream Residential REIT. In this role, Mr. Lau is responsible for the overall financial management of the REIT, including financial reporting, accounting, corporate finance, debt, strategy, capital allocation and investor relations. Mr. Lau has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Since joining Dream in 2015, Mr. Lau has held increasingly senior positions and is currently a Vice President, Strategic Finance of Dream. In this role, Mr. Lau focuses on strategic initiatives, capital markets and investor relations across Dream’s global real estate platform. Most recently, Mr. Lau has played a key role in the formation of Dream’s private asset management business. Prior to joining Dream, Mr. Lau was part of the equity research team at TD Securities Inc., covering the Canadian real estate sector. Previously, he was a senior manager at Deloitte LLP in its financial advisory group. Mr. Lau is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. He earned his Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and has an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.

Mr. Scott Schoeman is the Chief Operating Officer of Dream Residential REIT and currently oversees Dream and Pauls’ U.S. multi-residential portfolio consisting of apartment communities across the Sunbelt and Midwest regions. Mr. Schoeman has over nine years of real estate experience and leads the operational teams and drives operational performance at the corporate, regional and property level including the vertically integrated, self performing business lines of property management, property sustainment, capital improvements and redevelopment/ renovation. In addition, he is responsible for platform growth and investment, including acquisitions and management of portfolio composition and allocation. Mr. Schoeman has experience acquiring nearly $1.0 billion in U.S. multi-residential properties over the past three years and has recently managed a 32-asset portfolio consisting of 6,700 apartment suites across six states. Previously, Mr. Schoeman served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 20 years and was Director of Operations, Commanding Officer, TOPGUN Training Officer, and an Executive Task Force Lead at the Pentagon. He has led aviation combat and training operations worldwide, including shipboard operations aboard 12 different aircraft carriers. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Kansas University and his Master of Strategic Studies from Marine Corps University.
