This 1920’s boutique heritage building is located around the corner from the Eaton Centre and just minutes from hotels, restaurants, cafes, shopping and the PATH system in downtown Toronto. In 2024 the building completed a facade restoration, lobby and washroom renovations, and an extensive renovation to the flagship retail space for Milos, a high-end mediterranean restaurant that opened in September, 2024. This building is also part of Dream’s $136 million financing program from Canada Infrastructure Bank to decrease greenhouse gas emissions in the portfolio.

80 Richmond Street West, also known as the Victory Building, is a boutique heritage building steps from the corner of Bay St. and Richmond St. in downtown Toronto. This charming art-deco building was completed in 1936 and was recently renovated, restoring it’s facade and lobby to their former glory as well as updating the washroom facilities. Floorin on Richmond, an Italian concept bar by the owners of Twist Kitchen and cocktail in Collingwood, Ontario, will be opening on the ground floor in summer, 2025. Located in Toronto’s financial core, Adelaide Place is a Class A office complex, composed of two buildings 150 York Street and 181 University Avenue. The complex offers full connectivity to the PATH system, direct connection to the Hilton Hotel, TTC Subway access, shops, restaurants and other office towers. 181 University is home to Alobar, a restaurant bar and lounge from Michelin-starred chef Patrick Kriss, and Sushi Yugen, an authentic Japanese omakase sushi restaurant. 150 York hosts Chop, a two-story award-winning steakhouse and bar which opened in December, 2024.

Dream was recognized in 2021 as Canada’s largest office portfolio to be WELL Health-Safety rated by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing building and space types focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement and emergency plans to address a post-COVID-19 environment now and into the future. Public health and client wellness is a priority at Dream. From handwashing support and cleaning practices to health services and air and water quality monitoring protocols, we are working hard to support the health and safety of people in our offices.
